Please get the following ready to accompany your completed and signed Credit Application:

  1. A cancelled copy of your most recent letter head
  2. A cancelled copy of your current business cheque or Bank Letter confirming Account Details
  3. A photocopy of all Directors / Members / Proprietors / Trustees identity documents
  4. Copy of Vat Registration
  5. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  6. Copy of Form 2
